Second floor , Puerta 4, exterior apartment with an area of 130,17m2. Wooden flooring occupies the inside of the house and grey porcelain tile is used in the terrace. The main living area opens onto the terrace out back and includes a sitting room, dining area and fully integrated kitchen. A breakfast bar with stools allows additional seating in the kitchen area. A completely equipped kitchen offers all electro domestics with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery have also been included along smaller electro domestics including kettle, juicer and toaster. A 4-seater chaise-lounge sofa, coffee table, lamps, TV and storage unit occupy this area. A dining table with 6 chairs and side dresser make up the dining area. Outside on the terrace are 2 reading chairs with a coffee table. 

Master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, a double bed (1.80x 2.00), bedside tables, lamps, built-in cupboards and a full length mirror.  The second bedroom has twin beds (1.05 x 2.00), a bedside table with lamp and built-in cupboard. A full-length mirror is located between the second and third bedroom. The third bedroom has been furnished as a study with a sofa bed for guests. Bed and bath linen comes included with the apartment. The second bathroom with a walk-in shower is located next to the second and third bedroom. Energy efficient aero thermal units provide hot and cold air and water to the apartment. The house is equipped with high speed wifi and wall mounted USB ports are provided for easy charging of your electronic devices.

The ubication
ExtramursEl Botanic, forms part of the Extramurs district. It is a residential area which borders the historic old town, El Carmen or ciutat vella. Shops, cafes and bars dot the neighbourhood and everything is walking distance. The area is easily accessible by car or bicycle through the main artery Guillem de Castro, which runs from the shopping district to the Turia gardens.
